A dramatic transformation of the Nine Elms area, on the south bank of River Thames, is currently taking place; £15bn investment is flooding into this stretch of land where 20,000 luxury homes are being built; one of Europe’s tallest buildings, One Nine Elms,  will dwarf Vauxhall Tower once it will be completed

The changes were set in motion with the US Embassy deciding to move their premises from Mayfair to Nine Elms.
