Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU
Laurence House is the former site of the Catford Cathedral (St Laurence Church); the church has since been moved down the road (Bromley Road). The name of the martyr St Laurence, patron saint of chefs & those working in the catering industry/food business has been retained for this brutalist-style building (glass and concrete covered with tentative strands of wisteria) which houses local government offices and the library.
